RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. No returns or refunds.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PLANT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We are not liable for any damages done to your purchase during shipping. If there are any flaws on the plants we will try our best to capture it in the photos. 

Keep in mind that all plants that are shipped and transplanted may have some natural stress from the adjustment. Please purchase responsibly. 

If your package was delayed/lost/stolen, please file a claim with USPS. 

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are local or if you would like to make the drive to St. Paul, please reach out via email to properlypropagatedllc@gmail.com

Please note that the location you will travel to is not the greenhouse, it is our personal home. 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

They are a possibility but in the works!

CAN YOU OFFER A TOUR OF THE GREENHOUSE?

At this time we do not offer private tours of the greenhouses. We try our best to take photos and videos and post them on our social media. You can attend a sale to see them for yourself! 

HOURS AND LOCATION?

We do not offer standard hours of opening. But we host monthly sales where you are welcome to come tour the greenhouses and buy plants on site. Subscribe to our emails or follow up on social media to learn more about the sales. 

We typically are off-season October-April.
